Wenger Urges Governor to Sign Legislation
Protecting PA's Schools During Budget Impasse
HARRISBURG -- State Senator Noah
Wenger (R-36) today sent Governor Rendell a letter requesting that he sign House
Bill 2128, legislation that would provide for emergency funding for school
districts in the event that school funding is not enacted by June 30.
The Senator collaborated with Representative Dave
Hickernell on the legislation, introducing an identical bill in the Senate last
fall.
