College Binge Drinking Topic of Law & Justice
Committee Hearing
HARRISBURG -- The
Senate Law and Justice Committee, chaired by Sen. Joe Conti (R-Bucks), will hold
a public hearing on binge drinking on college campuses on Wednesday, September
15 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
The hearing, to be held in
the auditorium of the Eberly
College of Business, will
address the Liquor Control Board’s alcohol education program, which includes
efforts to prevent alcohol abuse by college students.
