Issue Reform Blueprint
to Pittsburgh Oversight Board
HARRISBURG -- Allegheny
County lawmakers Representatives Mike Turzai, Tom Stevenson, and Mark Mustio and
Senators Jane Orie and John Pippy provided members of Pittsburgh’s
Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority with an 18-page blueprint today
containing a comprehensive list of necessary cost-saving reductions, fiscal
reforms and structural changes to help the city move forward and ensure all
future operating budgets are fiscally responsible.
